  A simple Perl CGI script to rotate MRTG generated images and any sort of url, in a single web browser session.

  Requirements: 
    a working Perl distribution (see www.perl.org) 
    Apache web server or equivalent (for example thttpd!) 
    a web-browser ;)
                
  Summary:
    rotate_url is a simple perl cgi script that use REFRESH html tag to scroll your MRTG generated images or any sort of url.
    This tool helps to watch multiple MRTG graphs, or web pages, by cycling it every xx seconds .
    It's very usefull for people working for Network Operation Center or any support center using MRTG or multiple web tools.
